About the Role:We are seeking a Retail
Store Manager to join the
Charters Towersteam and lead this high-volume store to success. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 6 employees and driving sales through merchandising, store appearance, stock management, excellent customer service and effective store operations. As a Retail
Store Manager, you will be a key player in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence within the local community while continually growing and developing your team.
Skills and Experience:- Proven experience as a Retail Store/Assistant Manager within high-Volume Retailing
- Excellent people leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong stock management and merchandising skillset
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets
- Strong understanding of retail operations and management
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
