We are ideally looking for a Store Manager for our Booragoon store who has a structured retail background, and experience identifying opportunity and implementing store operations within a large team. The role will suit someone with an energetic personality, and a passion for a business that values the customer.
To succeed, the ideal candidate will have:
- Retail Management experience is essential
- Proven ability to hit KPI's, wages and shrinkage targets
- Passion for coaching and leading teams
- Performance management experience
- Passion for delivering the ultimate customer experience
- Genuine interest for styling
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong delegation skills in order to achieve day to day store operations
- Ability to manage high stock volume
