• Management experience in a high-performance store with medium - large sized teams.
• An inspiring leader passionate about instilling growth and development within your team.
• Strong operational management skills in a fast paced environment.
• Visual merchandising experience executing VM directives.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI’s.
• Commercial and business acumen.
• Experience in training, coaching and performance management.
• Sales and results driven.
