We are a looking for an experienced Store Manager at our Chadstone fashion boutique, who can lead a team in a premium environment. 

Your success will be based upon being vibrant, spirited and creative, such that those surrounding you will feel inspired to be part of a fun and hardworking team. 

Skills required:

• Surpassing KPI and store targets
• Imaginative ability in visual merchandising
• Ability to drive sales and profitability
• Inspire a team, manage performances, great communication
• Excitement for fashion and accessories
• Operationally savvy (reporting, BOH etc.)
• Providing clients with high end customer service
