Job Description:
As an Occupational Therapist working from the Eastern Base, your primary responsibility will be to provide patient and family-centered care. You will work collaboratively with a team of approximately 12 Occupational Therapists, as well as Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, Teachers, and Behaviour Support Workers.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve engaging with clients in the community, offering you flexibility in structuring your schedule.
The organisation places a strong emphasis on supporting its employees. You will receive a 4-week induction program to ensure you are well-supported from the start. Weekly Therapy Group Planning and Team Meetings will further facilitate communication and cooperation within the team.
Additionally, after six months, you will be assigned a career coach who will assist you in career mapping and creating a plan for your professional growth within the organisation.

Role Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration - Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Current Drivers Licence
