The Role:
Join our client's team as a Store Manager and lead a dynamic group in their bustling outlet store located in Perth's DFO. You will oversee operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience, all while embodying the essence of high-end retailing.

- Experience in High-Volume and High-End Sales: Your expertise in managing both high-volume transactions and delivering personalised, high-end sales techniques is essential for success in this role
- Exceptional Customer Service: With your passion for customer satisfaction, you will set the standard for exemplary service, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression
- Team Leadership: Motivate and guide the team towards achieving and exceeding targets, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Retail Management Experience: You bring at least 2 years of experience in a retail management role, ideally in luxury fashion or accessories, with a proven track record of driving results
