As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive work environment, and helping them reach their full potential through training and development. 
• Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered consistently, fostering a friendly and approachable atmosphere in a fast paced environment.
• Inventory Management: Oversee a high volume of stock, with strategic inventory control to maximise sales and minimise stock losses.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing and organised store layout that is consistent with the brand's image.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including cash handling, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated track record in retail management.
• Strong leadership abilities, including the skill to motivate and foster team growth.
• Outstanding abilities in providing personable customer service and effective communication.
• Proficiency in overseeing inventory management and stock control in a high volume, fast paced retail environment.
