About the roleLeading a team of approx. 6 you will:
- Make customers and their experience in store your priority
- Lead and inspire your team and consistently role model and coach high performance in line with our company values
- Achieve sales and KPI targets, both individual and store
- Manage rosters in line with store trading patterns
- Set up Visual Merchandising and maintain high standard of store presentation
- Manage stock and prevent loss
- Provide a safe environment for team and customers
About you- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train and mentor a small team for high performance and succession planning
- Proven ability to achieve sales and KPI targets, both individual and store
- Experience within a high volume stock and merchandise environment
- Professional communication skills
- Flexible to contribute during peak gifting periods (Christmas and Mothers Day)
