We have an awesome opportunity for a full-time Store Manager to join our AFL store in Myer Basement on a short month contract with the view of permanency. We are looking for a highly motivated full time manager who is customer centric and will be able to engage, inspire and mentor others to be part of a successful team.
Rotating roster with some weekends and week days required.
The Role
- Coordinate with vendors, and other stakeholder during event planning.
▪ Assist in the management and planning of staff during events.
▪ Manage event setup, and follow-ups.
▪ Promote and maintain premium customer service standards at all outlets within the venue.
▪ Assist in the direction, planning and forecasting of inventory for all events working alongside Management.
▪ Maintain high visual merchandising standards and presentation of product to maximise sales.
▪ Explore all marketing opportunities to maximise the business and provide the best possible service to the fan.
▪ Coach and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, visual merchandising, sales techniques, store security and retail policies and procedures.
▪ Assist where required with the operations of existing WA AFL Store retail network.
About You
- 2 + years previous sales experience
- Vibrant and customer centric
- Experience in managing, achieving, and exceeding weekly and monthly targets
- An understanding of business retails operations
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Have a passion for AFL
