Padre Coffee is growing and we’re recruiting for a full time Store Manager / Sydney Coffee Educator at our New South Wales home-base in Paddington, Sydney.
This exciting role encompasses leading our retail and coffee team in Paddington as well as growing our community following and customer base through our educational offering. You will contribute to develop and deliver educational content that focuses on core aspects of specialty coffee and showcases our product. You will engage with a range of stakeholders, from the Paddington team, to the broader internal Padre Coffee team, to our customer community across the wholesale and retail channels. Who are we:

Recruitment and development of a high performing team
Manage all administrative requirements of a retail store and cafe
Brand ambassadorship through delivery of internal, public facing, and wholesale client coffee education and brand activations
Maintaining a cohesive and positive team culture focused on customer relationships
Exemplary product and coffee knowledge relating to brewing and selling coffee
Proactive focus on your professional development
Work with the State Manager Padre Coffee NSW and National Retail Manager to continue building our brand presence
Essential skills:
Experience working with specialty coffee
Experience managing people/running a team
Excellent customer service experience
Strong personal organisation and interpersonal/communication skills
