Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day store operation.
Engage and motivate staff to meet KPIs and ensure the highest level of customer care
Take charge of strategizing merchandising updates to maximize profitability
Perform and provide training to staff on customer service standards and product knowledge
Respond to customer complaints or inquiries within 48 hours, document and report these issues to HQ.
Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees, conducting appraisals, and implement performance improvement plan as needed
Keep track of staff documentation and performance reviews, and make sure they are up to date
Manage weekly roster and fortnight payroll timesheet to HR department
Submit weekly and monthly reports and analysis to higher management.
Inventory management, forecast sales trends as well as plan and prepare upcoming sales promotions by providing expected quantities.
Tour the sales floor regularly, talking to staff and customers to identify or resolve urgent issues.
Liaise with third-party supplies and shopping center management under the direction of HQ.
Maintain awareness of beauty market trends in the retail industry, and adjust sale strategy accordingly
