Hunter Mechanical is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join our team in Kenwick. As a leading provider of mechanical services and 4WD accessory installations, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service and quality workmanship. We are looking for a motivated individual who can oversee daily operations and lead our team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store
- Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to ensure high performance and a positive work environment
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet targets
- Manage scheduling and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer service-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of mechanical services is a plus
