Your day in the life of a Store Manager
- Provide inspirational leadership and drive positive engagement to create a culture of high performance for our amazing people
- Develop, coach & mentor your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences each & every time
- Lead your team in operational excellence by executing the company strategy & contributing towards the organisation's growth & profitability
- Ambition to drive the highest level of results through coaching, mentoring & integrity will see you succeed
- Your innate ability in creating a welcoming & highly energised atmosphere of togetherness for our customers & team are pivotal
- Competitive remuneration package - starting salary between $101,000 - $120,000 OTE plus super
