About the opportunity
As the Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role supporting the HRIS rollout at Bolton Clarke! You will be responsible for performing Technical Business analysis activities for the Information & Analytics team to support our Agile and Lean software development activities. If youu0027re experienced in planning, stakeholder management, analysis and interpretation, join us in ensuring a successful HRIS Implementation!
Key activities:

• Work closely with the project team and business stakeholders to understand internal and external technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business requirements and processes, analyse and document data integration needs, define integration strategies, and map the source to target systems data flows to ensure successful integration of HRIS with other downstream and third-party systems at Bolton Clarke
• Provide input, advice, and support to the HRIS Test Lead on technical testing risks and mitigations
• Work closely with the HRIS Project Solution Architect in the analysis required to feed into the
• Solution Architecture and High-Level Design document, including network topography, tenant management, performance, etc
• Contribute to the effective management of technical change, including input into the integration planning, change management, and communication with stakeholders ranging from technical reference groups to the wider Bolton Clarke community.

• Significant experience in business analysis and requirements gathering across large and complex programs, with the demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and peers to gather requirements, conduct analysis, produce solution designs, and prioritise delivery in accordance with agreed service delivery expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to design IT solutions within a large and complex program, undertaking business process modelling and data and systems documentation in accordance with industry standards.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including conceptualising, establishing, and implementing new initiatives and innovative solutions within a specified framework.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to effectively mentor and provide technical leadership to other team members and to communicate and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a current working knowledge of relevant emerging technologies, methodologies, patterns and best and utilise that knowledge in implementing best practice solutions.
• The ability to analyse and interpret detailed and complex technical information to ensure well-informed decisions throughout the lifecycle of a program.
• Relevant degree and extensive experience in Information Technology; or significant progress towards postgraduate qualifications with significant IT or business content; or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
