About the Role
This role will see you lead, develop and manage a positive team culture, oversee the general store operations and ensure profitability of the store.
- Day to day management of a team of up to 10 employees cultivating a positive culture.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction with the ability to manage escalated issues on occurrence.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained inline with P&L reporting.
- Manage and execute the visual merchandising of the store in accordance to company standards.
To be successful in this role, you will hold a positive attitude with previous management experience within a large format environment.
- Ability to work within a fast paced, KPI driven environment
- Previous experience managing and developing a team

- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication
