About the role
We have an amazing opportunity in our fabulous Jimmy Choo Westfield Sydney flagship store for a Store Manager who is driven, self-motivated and ideally has a clienteling background. You will be responsible for driving business results through continuous development of the store team, as well as an optimised management of store image, product and operations.
You will be involved in all aspects of:
- Business Development – with a focus on key business strategy
- Team Management – motivating and developing the team
- Client Management – build relationships with our clientele
- Customer Relationship Management – manage customer database, drive appointment bookings and manage in-store VIP events
- Store Management – including housekeeping, inventory management and visual merchandising
This is a full time, 38 hours per week opportunity based at our Flagship Westfield Sydney store.
About you
- 2-4 years’ experience in retail management – luxury experience is beneficial
- Understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
