We are currently seeking a highly motivated and fashion-minded Retail Leader who are interested in joining the Brand Collective business in our NEWEST store!
As part of the team launching Superdry at Harbourtown, you will join the epitome of global street culture: combining Japanese graphics, vintage Americana and the finest British tailoring to produce clothing of flawless quality and timeless style. Superdry has been a wardrobe staple worldwide since 2003.
About the role:
As the leader in the store, you will motivate a passionate team and manage the daily store operations, building and driving a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards.
To achieve the above, you:
Inspire and help mentor a diverse team of fashion enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets – celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy!
Closely monitor store sales performance - acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of improvement
Ensure store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandising
Take a proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage
Recruit, train and coach a passionate team
Demonstrate a duty of care by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work (adhere to state and national OH&S legislation).
The preferred skills and experience:
Previous Retail/Store Leadership experience in training, coaching and mentoring team members - ideally in an outlet environment
A warm, welcoming nature and enjoy working with a variety of customers, and a passion for creating a memorable service experience for those visiting our store
- A proven record of driving and exceeding KPIs, effective stock control and visual merchandising
Excellent time management skills
Committed to continuous improvement and learning
You are confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Unrestricted Australian working rights and full-time availability
- Availability to commence July 1 highly regarded.
