ABOUT THE ROLE As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your business. In your role you will:
- Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
- Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service
- Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
- Recruit, manage performance and develop the careers of your team of up to 30
- Provide stock feedback and manage inventory
- The ability to lead, coach and develop a large sales team
- A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom line profits
- The ability to follow and achieve wage budget in line with sales
- Passion for the surf lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience
- High level of communication skills and an ability to build relationships
