About this Role 

Our Store Manager leads the way taking ownership with their terms to deliver commercial outcomes. This is your chance to run a store like its your own. You will drive operational excellence, implement our strategy and perfectly execute our retail offering. We are looking for a Store Manager who is passionate about creating a team culture that lives and breathes extraordinary customer service while also being driven to deliver fresh hot food and coffee on the go to our customer.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading and Coaching team members to ensure everyday excellence.
• Putting customer service first making every interaction personal.
• Embrace a positive and proactive approach to safety, health and wellbeing.
• Cultivate a culture of fresh food and coffee among your customers.
• Driving Profitability and minimising cost, expenses and waste.
• Ensure your team consistently delivers outstanding customer experience.
• Managing competing priorities in a fast paced, compliance- focused environment.
• Must have previous management experience and full availability. 

Working Hours

This Store operates 7 days a week, Monday- Saturday 4am- 8pm, Sunday 5:45 am-8pm flexible hours are available enabling you to balance work and life commitments.
