We are looking for a Store Operations Manager to join our team in Eagle Farm to execute agreed Distribution Operational Strategies to achieve or exceed the direct budgeted Labour and Expenses for the store. You will Champion the Customer with exceptional Service and meet all Compliance obligations in order to lift overall Standards and create Operational efficiencies for the store.
What you’ll do
Operational Labour and Expense Control.
Ensure delivery in full and on time to our customers
People Management – Productivity, Tool Box Talks, and Staff Development and Customer Service measurements – Responsible for up to 50 people
Compliances – Audits, HACCP, OH&S, Risk Management, Worms, COR and Fire Evacuation.
Training – Inductions, Manual Handling, Forklift, Racking, Development Plans and E Learning programs.
Reporting – Shrinkage and Ullage, Minutes of Tool Box Talks and Operational Meetings, Space Management Reports.

Financial acumen
Warehouse and Transport Experience including knowledge of supply chain process, EA and Union knowledge as well as knowledge of 3PL and 4PL transport providers
Exceptional People Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong on execution, ability to delegate successfully.
Sound computer literacy
