Job tasks and responsibilities
As a Store Supervisor inour Katherine store, you will work under the guidance of an experienced store Manager to gain the practical experience and skills needed to prepare you for a leadership position in our network.
What does position involve
- It is designed with a focus on getting you ready to manage one of our locations in the future
- You will be responsible for building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver profitable business growth.
- Work closely with Customers and Suppliers on increasing business in the immediate area to mutual benefit.
- Build and Enhance the MM Electrical brand, reputation and service offer to the market.
- Undertake market leading training and learn to manage & sell the MM way.
Skills and experience
MM Electrical are seeking a confident team player who has the ability to think outside the square, capitalise on opportunities in fast-paced, high volume industry whilst employing excellent customer service skills.
