Join our Services APAC team within Services division in Australia as a Storeperson to help us take our Maitland Service Centre to the next level.
What you will be doing day to day?
- Source pricing for project parts and items in a timely manner and provide project managers and supervisors with price and lead times.
- Obtain written quotes for all purchases and ensure goods and service are delivered on time.
- Post packing slip after checking goods to delivery docket.
- Enter purchases into current Goods inwards register; check quality and quantities against delivery docket/ invoice.
- Match delivery docket/invoice to purchase order, return to office for processing.
- Organise transport for incoming/outgoing goods.
- Maintain inventory for store supplies; list items for ordering as required; maintain relevant registers.
- Maintain and update chemical and paint registers and carry out stock takes as required.
- The pickup and delivery of parts and equipment.
- Photos for incoming work.
- Operate Forklift in the workshop
What you will bring to Sulzer:
To be a successful Storeperson, you will ideally have:
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Forklift licence (or the willingness to obtain one).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation skills.
- MR Drivers Licence (desirable).
