About the PositionAs a Store person, you will be required to:
- Recieval of goods from suppliers
- dispatching goods to customers.
- Loading and unloading of trucks
- The strapping down of items for dispatch
- Some Basic painting of parts
- Forklift and overhead crane operations.
- Always maintain thorough housekeeping in a clean and safe work environment.
About YouTo be successful as a Trades Assistant with the Austchrome team you will need to:
- Have demonstrated experience in a similar Store person position.
- Hold a current forklift licence
- Previous leadership experience advantageous
- Knowledge of hydraulic cylinders advantageous
- Have an intermediate lever of computer skills
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude.
- A proven attendence rate at work
- Have good communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Be safety conscious and able to follow instructions.
- Be willing and able to complete a Pre-Employment Medical with D&A screening.
