Osmoflo is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Store Person. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes. To receive, issue and dispatch goods, arrange assigned shipment, maintain adequate filing, pick & pack for our Project, Fabrication and Operation teams along with physical stock level monitoring & recording. Operating and maintaining ERP system warehouse and supporting shipment management.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, issue, and dispatch goods using our ERP system.
- Coordinate daily outbound shipments and freight bookings.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct stocktakes as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Liaise with accounts staff regarding returns and inventory matters.
- Perform minor premises maintenance tasks.
- Input data accurately into the system and maintain proper filing.
- Adhere to WHS & E policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in physical inspection and item receiving using an ERP system.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Excellent numeracy and computer literacy skills.
- Current Drivers and Forklift license.
