Role Overview:

As the organisation continues to go through exciting growth, we're on the lookout for a skilled Driver/Storeperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves teamwork, and envisions a long-term career with us.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle the receipt, unloading, and storage of products with precision, aligning seamlessly with company procedures.
• Demonstrate your expertise in preparing and completing orders accurately and within deadlines.
• Dive into dispatch operations with precision, ensuring accuracy and high attention to detail in picking and packing products.
• Keep vigilant on inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks to maintain a well-stocked and organised warehouse.
• Contribute to the precision of our inventory management through key roles in stocktaking and reconciliation processes.
• Create a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment, setting the stage for operational efficiency.
• Optimise warehouse operations by working seamlessly with team members, leveraging collective strengths.
• Take charge of safe loading, unloading, and delivery of Polyaire products, ensuring the preservation of company property.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong organisational skills and effective multitasking abilities.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to flawless order fulfillment processes.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in warehouse management systems.
• Possession of a forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Solid understanding of WHS requirements in a warehouse setting.
• Unlimited working rights in Australia.
