Form of workLeading organisation , Northern Suburbs are looking for a Storeperson with Forklift licence & Pick Packers Your new company A well recognised organisation that administers quality service delivery throughout Adelaide is looking to add to their small close-knit team and appoint a stores person with a forklift licence and Pick Packers to their afternoon shift (2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday). The new staff will be located at their distribution centre as part of the afternoon shift at this inner Northern Suburbs location.
These positions are both a minimum 38 hours a week in ongoing positions so applications are preferred from candidates with unrestricted work rights in Australia. Your new role The store person role will require competent use of a fork lift and to undertake general warehouse duties such as receiving and dispatching goods, pick-packing, stock control, stock replenishment and general housekeeping in a small but close knit team.
The role for Pick packers will suit candidates who have experience in fast paced environments used to working with speed and accuracy. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidates will be meticulously well organised, possess accurate attention to detail as well as strong numerical skills.
Sound computer skills will be an advantage as will the ability to be hands on in your approach as both roles will require the picking of lots of small items where numerical accuracy coupled with excellent dexterity is required. These roles are required to liaise with both internal and external customers placing an emphasis on a candidate's ability to communicate effectively as well as present themselves in a professional manner. Forklift operations experience and evidence of a current licence is essential to be considered for this storeperson role.
