About the role
Due to significant growth, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Storeperson /Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team in Brisbane. Do you like each day to be interesting and different? This could be the job for you!
What your new role will involve?
Loading and unloading trucks (no heavy lifting required)
Receipting and storage of goods. This includes checking that the correct goods have been supplied in the correct quantity, and storage in the correct assigned location
Liaise with suppliers as required
Picking and Dispatch of goods including packing and labelling
Customer service
Data entry
Following all safety procedures
Maintaining the warehouse including keeping the area clean and tidy at all times
Assisting in the manufacturing of goods.
What you need to be successful?
Current Forklift and Driving License
Strong knowledge and experience in warehousing operations.
A passion for Customer Service, Accuracy & Delivering Excellence
Experience with Bar code scanners will be an added advantage.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Fit and able to lift some heavy repetitive load 10-15 kgs.
Proactive and positive attitude.
Previous experience in warehouse and logistics
Drivers license
Working rights in Australia
