Well, you can have both by becoming part of a dynamic and supportive Stores and Logistics team who play a pivotal role in the support and care of patients in their own homes. We have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Stores and Logistics Support person to work alongside the Stores and Logistics Team. This role is responsible for ensuring our warehouse and stock levels are maintained and that our nursing team have the supplies required to deliver safe, high-quality care to our patients.  This position is responsible for receiving medical supplies, monitoring stock levels and placing orders, maintaining sufficient supplies of consumable packs and general office maintenance.  Previous medical/pharmacy experience would be looked upon favorably.

To be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate the following: 

  • Demonstrated experience in a Stores and Logistics role - ideally in a medical or pharmacy setting (desirable)
  • Understanding of stock and inventory control 
  • High attention to detail and experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
  • Ability to be flexible in approach to work and with problem-solving focus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: (phone, in person, emails, and messages)
  • Sound computer literacy
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team 
  • Physically fit and able to conduct manual handling tasks 
  • Current and unrestricted Australian Driver’s licence 
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
  • Current National Policy Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
