Stores and Purchasing Coordinator

EnerMech currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Stores and Purchasing Coordinator to join our Gladstone team with immediate start

The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Workshop and Services Manager, this role covers a variety of functions that are pivotal to the success of our CSG division, the duties include but are not limited to:

• Logistics
• Prepare / pack goods for shipping as appropriate
• Monitor Stores mailbox and action as necessary
• Respond to site requests for issue of replacement parts and consumables and action as needed
• Assist Mechanical Maintenance and Workshop Team for administration and documentation of deliveries – goods received / dispatched and Maintenance records as required
• General Workshop duties
• General forklift duties as required to assist the daily requirements of the mechanical workshop
• Deliveries to and from project and EnerMech sites

The Candidate:
In order to be successful for this role you will demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and Environment, will be a well-organised and flexible person capable of prioritising a demanding workload & will have the below:

• Forklift Licence
• Australian Manual Drivers Licence
• HR Drivers Licence (Preferred but not essential)
• Minimum 5 years Stores and/or warehousing experience
• Administration experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package
• Previous experience using Navision (Preferred but not essential)
• Cert IV in Administration or Warehousing
