Stores & Equipment Coordinator - Amberley

We are looking for a motivated Stores and Equipment Coordinator to join our defence team at Amberley

• Full time opportunity Monday - Friday, Day shift, no weekend or Public Holiday

Due to the constant expansion of our Defence division, Downer has an opportunity for a Stores and Equipment Coordinatorto join the team located in Amberley. This position will support our Estate management Operations Services lines in all requirements associated with stores, equipment and stock management.

• Control over main Estate Upkeep store and Van stocks
• Raise Purchase Orders in MDO for replenishment and goods receipt of incoming stock
• Pick up and deliver stores from suppliers to service line staff or destination site/ location
• Manage and pay supplier invoices
• Ensure workplace and specific storage requirements meet WHS policy
• Conduct stock takes and process results

ABOUT YOU

• Suitability for Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory)
• Current Forklift Licence Mandatory
• Experience in Store administration - Stock control/ take processes and systems.
• Knowledge of WHS requirements including correct storage and handling
• High level of understanding and commitment to Zero Harm in the Workplace
• Have resilience, a 'can-do' attitude and be adaptable
