You will be joining our team in Luscombe (near Yatala), reporting to the Manufacturing Manager where you will oversee the manufacturing store, ensuring adequate and accurate stock levels are maintained, organised and promptly accessible for required works.

What You Will Do
Being a highly motived, friendly professional, the Store Supervisor will be responsible the orderly and accurate processing of building materials, inventory control and structural components for the Manufacturing facility.
More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for:
- Manage incoming deliveries and collection coordination, gate control, and communication of deliveries with manufacturing personnel.
- Maintain and monitor generic stock levels in stores, promptly identifying and communicating stock reordering requirements.
- Ensure received goods are checked and verified for the standard of quality, correct quantity, signed and accounted for and that all delivery dockets are checked against purchase orders.
- Assist with unloading building materials and structural components after verifying in full, relocating stock to designated storage areas.
- Manage and perform monthly stocktake process, organise count sheets and team to complete process.
- Organisation and general tidiness of stores, ensuring items and materials are rotated, labelled, and safely packed away in designated storage areas.
What You Will Bring
We are looking for someone who shares our values and belief that agility, integrity, caring, collaboration and safety underpins all the work we do.
To hit the ground running you will bring:
- Significant logistics, stores or warehousing experience in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.
- Experience with an inventory or data management system/software.
- Construction Induction Card (White Card) & HRWL – Forklift.
- Certificate in Warehousing or other related discipline.
- Able to work autonomously and prioritise a dynamic workload.
- Experience operating 2.5t to 25t forklift’s, combilift forklift, EWP’s.
