Our small, boutique Strata Management office is currently seeking a team member for Strata Administration Assistant in Burswood. We’re looking for the right person to join our small firm for a long term, enjoyable career.
This role will be responsible for support to the team, but will also be a fantastic opportunity for the right person to make the role their own. It is a small, boutique portfolio with lots of room for growth.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a team player with the ability to deal with a wide range of personalities and requirements with ease. Your verbal and written skills need to be of an excellent standard. You will need to have a proven track record of prioritising and multitasking and a strong client and team acumen is imperative.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Various database entry
- Attend to telephone enquiries; also answer the phone for the main line
- Attend General Meetings and Council meetings to assist the Strata Manager with all aspects including but not limited to, taking minutes and completing minutes as required (paid after hours required)
- Attend to administration duties
- Minor account duties, including but not limited to coding accounts etc
- Filing and scanning strata companies records/Records Management
- Daily office open & Collection and sorting of mail (when needed)
- Australia post daily collection & drop off (when needed)
- Assist all insurance matters including claims and quotes
