The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 buildings
- Mixture of residential, commercial, BMCs
- Engage with strata owners, committee members, and agents
- Prepare budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Chair various meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
- Handle drafting and issuing of by-law breach notices and compliance directives
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing large schemes, BMCs, CAs, etc.
- Cultivate strong relationship management skills
