Resolution Strata Services is a Boutique company established in 2016 that specialises in Strata Management in the Sutherland Shire.
Resolution Strata continues to grow and we are now looking for another Strata Manager to join our team based out of our office in Engadine.

Duties of the Stata Manager include:
- 45 Building's with 350 Lots (and constantly growing)
- Reading, interpreting, and understanding the relevant legislation;
- Liaising with Owners Corporations as required;
- Preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings;
- Preparation of budgets for presentation at AGM's;
- Convening and conducting meetings;
- Facilitating Repairs and Maintenance;
- Conducting property inspections and
- General administration.
Our strata team is supported by dedicated staff in Insurance and General Administration duties.

- 2 years of demonstrated experience in Strata Management.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with people and maintain qualities such as tact and understanding.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Own vehicle and current drivers’ license.
