THE OPPORTUNITY
Embark on an exciting journey as a Strategic Account Specialist at DePuy Synthes, where you'll lead in-theatre case support and lead value-added projects at pivotal account sites. Your collaborative efforts with internal stakeholders will refine efficiency programs, guaranteeing unparalleled customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Establish expertise on core products, driving their adoption through clinical proficiency.
•    Promote product safety and efficacy through theatre presence and customer education.
•    Identify and support business opportunities in key accounts with Sales Specialists.
•    Cultivate relationships with Clinical stakeholders to enhance engagement.
•    Implement strategies to deliver value beyond the product.
•    Communicate the comprehensive value proposition to key stakeholders.
•    Identify and execute value-add projects to expand market presence in key accounts.
•    Address customer concerns with tailored solutions.
•    Lead educational support at hospital events as needed.
•    Develop and lead in-servicing sessions for hospital staff to ensure safe and effective use of DPS core primary products.
•    Provide logistical support, including kit delivery and follow-up on missing instruments.

ITS ALL ABOUT YOU
This role is ideal for an accomplished Clinical Specialist or Territory Manager seeking to broaden their expertise.

•    Tertiary qualification in a health-related field within healthcare or business.
•    Proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills.
•    Experience in Medical devices or sales.
•    Comfortable working in a team environment, but also be extremely self-motivated when working alone.
•    Additional qualifications in project management methodologies such as 6S, Lean, Six Sigma, and OTP would be advantageous.
•    Experience in Anatomy and Physiology, orthopedic connections or background, and healthcare expertise are preferred.
