To help our teams work together effectively, this role is fully remote, but requires you to be located in Australia.

Atlassian is looking for a Platinum Enterprise Advocate to report into the Head Of Apac, Loyalty Advocates.

You will guide the use of multiple products and services to our Enterprise customer base, who are our largest customers at Atlassian.

We want you to be an advocate for our customers, providing feedback to our product and engineering teams and helping us improve our customer experience. You'll do this in tight coordination with our Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Loyalty Advocates, and Solution Engineers.

  • Maximize software retention rates through effective inside sales techniques over the phone, video and email while also minimizing customer churn.

  • Lead end-to-end sales motions for our Cloud and Data Center platforms

  • Manage renewals & expansions across a sizable product portfolio

  • Partner with our Strategic account team on account planning and driving total book of business growth through whitespace analysis and install base research

  • Increase customer awareness of Atlassian's product portfolio to discover cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement named account or territory plans geared at both maximising expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products and ensuring high bar of customer success

  • Work with team members in the Channel Sales organisation to build sales strategies for designated territory or named accounts

  • Serve as the main Atlassian point of contact or escalation point for designated accounts


Your background:

  • 8-10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience.

  • Experience growing enterprise accounts.

  • A customer-centric mindset.

  • Experience driving transformational deals.

  • Fast learner in a multicultural business context.

  • A ‘do it right’ mentality.

  • Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams.
