Crop Shop Boutique (CSB) is a growing e-commerce brand that was founded in 2019 by Rachel Dillon, with stylish and unique activewear in mind. Our mission is to provide women all over the world with functional and confidence-inducing athleisure that inspires our ever-growing community both in and out of the gym. About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, we are seeking commercially astute candidates located in either the Gold Coast (CSB HQ), or Sydney with proven experience negotiating and managing Strategic Partnerships. This new role is responsible for researching, developing and implementing best-in-class partnership strategies with a focus on increasing brand awareness and creating synergies with complimentary brands and relevant influencers. This role is critical in facilitating CSB launching into new markets and attracting new customers to generate revenue.

Responsibilities

  • The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Owning and executing CSB’s Partnership framework and strategic management of the Partnerships channel;
  • Building and maintaining an annual roadmap which compliments our Go To Market (GTM) strategy + Product Development Critical path of the business;
  • Owning and managing Partnerships and Influencers budget lines, tracking spends and results and surfacing reporting in Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews;
  • End-to-end management of major partner lifecycle including contract management, commission structures, engagement timelines, key milestones and extension opportunities where commercially viable;
  • Negotiating commercially viable deals with tracked attribute links that benefit both CSB and the partner, which have a measured impact on the key OKRS of the business;
  • Identifying new world class talent, who align with CSB’s brand mission to drive strong and sustainable business growth;
  • Implementing and maintaining an affiliate program, to create a new revenue stream for CSB via tracked referral links, providing full transparency on results and earning opportunities to all parties;
  • Leading a direct report, Influencer Coordinator, to identify potential global content creators and influencers and managing contract deals and deliverables;
  • Creating and reviewing metrics and frameworks to measure the ongoing results of content driven collaborations
  • Strategically work to Increase total reach, engagement rates, and ROI measurements;
  • Collaborate with the Performance and CRM teams to ensure all contracted deliverables maximise historic learnings and future earning opportunities via usage across Email + Paid

About You

  • Experienced with at least 3+ years in a similar role;
  • An excellent relationship manager, with professional communication and experience working with high-profile talent;
  • Analytical, structured and used to making data driven decisions;
  • Happy to hustle and excited by change;
  • Experienced managing large annual budgets;
  • Able to travel overseas and interstate (preferably);
  • Excellent at negotiation, and problem-solving;
  • Able to work independently and take initiative;
  • Growth minded and agile with a desire to win with a supportive team;
  • Passionate for what they do and how they do it, caring for the whole team and business outcomes; and
  • Excitement to be involved in a rapid growth business with a strong USA focus
