Situated in the heart of the CBD, our client boasts a beautiful office and nimble team of passionate and collaborative individuals who all share the same purpose: to help shape the future of healthcare management in Australia.The OpportunityThe Strategic Partnerships Manager position is a newly created role that recongises the significant contribution that our client's strategic partners make in elevating the organisations suite of services, education programs, and its ability to advise its members.The Role
  • Develop and implement annual partnership strategy in alignment with the organisations strategic objectives
  • Increase the number of Strategic Partnerships for the organisation
  • Strengthen and nurture existing relationships with partners
  • Represent the organisation at events and educational seminars
About You
This role suits an ambitious and career motivated philanthropy, development or relationship management professional with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position who has developed strategic client partnerships. You are seeking more autonomy and responsibility to truly showcase your relationship building skills in a supportive environment where you will be given mentorship and a seat at the leadership table.This is an exciting opportunity for a budding relationship management or philanthropy professional who is ready to take your career to the next level!
  • 1-2 years minimum of relevant experience in corporate development, relationship management, philanthropy manager or related roles
  • Exceptional client, donor or strategic partnership management skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Track record of achieving donor, client or partner acquisition targets and building successful, mutually beneficial relationships
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Well presented and well spoken
  • Formal qualifications in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
