- A minimum of 6+ years’ work related experience in a similar role, preferably in a high technology related field.
- SAP Pricing experience required
- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Develop pricing Strategy
- Understand the business and technical requirements of our customers and partners, and work closely with the internal teams to fashion appropriate deal terms.
- Provide pricing expertise along with SAP and related system support for business unit
- Develop documented processes and polices, aligning with the US pricing team where possible
- Identify, analyze and recommend opportunities to improve department process and systems.
- Recognize and capture opportunities to drive cost reductions
- Review competitive dynamics and win loss data
- Optimize existing platforms and tools through system and process enhancement
- Work with Business Analysts and Management to help coordinate change management
- Provide knowledge and understanding of systems and processes and their relationship to other departments
- Able to train and work closely with sales teams to make sure everyone is aware of the process and constructs, and to quickly execute on deals that are in the pipeline.
- Provide guidance to IT, through the US pricing team on building system enhancements.
- Work with internal users to obtain feedback on improving systems and working with IT to deliver requests.
- Create and deliver metrics, reports and analysis related to company initiatives and activities that bring value and align with department goals
- Coordinate with business units, technical teams and other key stakeholders to obtain data required for reporting
- Prepare impact analysis on key initiatives for presentation to department leadership
