You'll be responsible for
- Monitoring the performance of repair shops to achieve positive performance outcomes, including regular on-site visits
- Identifying market and industry trends, evaluating and applying strategies to improve repair shop performance
- Understanding and anticipating customers needs by developing strong business relationships combined with competitor analysis to improve customer insights.
- Overseeing the onboarding of new repair facilities and supporting the offboarding of repair facilities not meeting required performance standards
- Supporting the application of nationally consistent Assessing policies, procedures and work practices
About you
- Must have trade qualifications as a Panel beater, Spray painter or Motor mechanic
- Motor insurance experience would be highly desirable
- Current and practical knowledge of the smash repair industry
- Excellent negotiation and data analytical skills
- Demonstrated capability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
- Team player who collaborates well with others to achieve customer centric outcomes
