Strategical Website Marketing Manager
Role Context:
As the Strategical Website Marketing Manager at Worley, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the online presence of the company. By leveraging your expertise in digital marketing space & leading cross-functional team to optimize website performance, drive user engagement and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Through data-driven insights and innovative campaigns, you will continually strive to elevate Worley's digital footprint and deliver results in a dynamic and competitive market.
You'll be:
- Managing the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies to improve Worley's search engine rankings.
- Implementing A/B testing, user feedback mechanisms, and other CRO tactics to enhance the overall user experience & interface (UX/UI) and drive measurable increases in conversion rates.
- Executing an immediate impact to the brand's website experience and look by managing the refresh of our website as part of our Worley brand project.
- Overseeing website operations for all Worley group owned channels, including site maintenance and operations to maximise engagement and conversion, including development and maintenance of effective content.
- Providing strategic advice on how the website can help contribute to the strategic goals of Worley
You'll have:
- A strong proficiency with SEO tools, web analytics, and content management systems.
- The Ability to lead others, troubleshoot issues & work on a cross collaborative basis.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful SEO, CRO & overall website strategies
- Strong expertise in Sitecore, including personalization and optimization features.
- Seasoned ability to inform and persuade on complex matters comes from recognition as subject matter expert.
