The Strategy and Insights Manager will analyse business intelligence data, member voice and research to provide strategic insights to drive and influence decision making and the performance of Super SA.
This newly created role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to support Super SA’s overall growth and retention whilst building organisation wide internal data analytic capabilities.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Financial Planning, Marketing or other relevant discipline.
Previous experience in business improvement using data to drive and meet Strategic outcomes.
Performing complex descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and preventative analyses on superannuation members.
Data mining, modelling, statistical analysis, business intelligence gathering, trending and benchmarking.
Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and delivering complex project work.
Well developed verbal and written communication skills, able to present information confidently and clearly to Executive, Board and Senior leadership.

Remuneration
ASO8 - $117,554 - $121,992 pa
