Due to organisational growth, My Plan Manager is seeking a Strategy & Insights Analyst. This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of our strategic goals aiding our organisation’s growth and innovation.

About the role

Dynamic role suitable for a passionate and driven individual with proven experience in Strategy & Insights of a business.

• Provide timely and high-quality evaluations on the impact of key strategic initiatives and projects.
• Generate business insights, enabling early identification of opportunities and challenges, presenting solutions to support business strategy and decision making.
• Drive the analysis and share the insights surrounding our ongoing CSAT and NPS programs, supporting MPM leaders to better understand and implement initiatives to enhance client and provider satisfaction.
• Support competitor intelligence and benchmarking activities, to ensure the business and senior leaders have a clear view on the competitive landscape.
• Deliver analytical support and help generate insights from MPM Group’s client and provider research surveys. Prepare briefing documents that can inform service delivery model changes and be used when engaged with external stakeholders e.g. NDIA.
• Support provision of research, insights, and data to help inform MPM Group’s engagement with applicable stakeholders (e.g., NDIA).
• Support in the creation and implementation of ways to measure the impact of the MPM Group on client’s lives.
• Assist in preparation of quarterly market sizing and market share analysis.
• Continuously monitor market, industry, competitive and regulatory developments to identify/share commercial insights and opportunities with the wider business.
• Provide ad-hoc insights & analysis support as needed to support the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide actionable insights that help underpin sound strategy and decision making.
• Contribute to our competitor and market intelligence approaches.
• Support evaluations that contribute to MPM Group advocacy efforts.
• Assist in the development of customer insights through MPM Group’s suite of surveys and engagement tools.
• Aid in measuring the impact of MPM Group activities on participants’ lives.
• Partner with leaders to support strategic, operational and project planning & execution.

About you

We are looking for a Strategy & Insights Analyst with proven long-term success. To be successful you will demonstrate a range of skills, knowledge and experience:

• Experience in strategic analytical roles in fast moving and growing businesses (2 Years+).
• Proven record of drawing out key insights and learnings from complex datasets and translating them into action.
• Ability to build a narrative that clearly communicates insights and ideas to stakeholders.
• A structured approach to problem solving, analysis and insights, strategic communication and report writing.
• Comfortable working with the outputs of diverse and (at times) imperfect datasets.
• Strong stakeholder management, with a passion for collaborating across teams to achieve positive outcomes and proven ability to use data to inform key decision-makers.
• Well-developed problem-solving ability, adept at finding creative solutions to challenges.
• Demonstrable experience across a range of BI/analytical tools to uncover insights that contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Power BI and Salesforce (desirable).
• Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
• Experience with the disability sector and National Disability Insurance Scheme (desirable).
• Working knowledge of outcomes measurement and ways to demonstrate organisational impact.
