Known widely across the Melbourne legal market for not only their alternative solutions to service their clients but also for their amazing staff retention rates and career development pathways, our client is seeking a talented Lawyer at Senior Associate level to join the Workplace Relations & Employment team within the firm.
Your work will be challenging, interesting and cover the full gamut of WR, IR and Employment law matters, seeing you:
Providing advice on a wide range of employment, Industrial Relations and OHS Issues
Conducting legal research
Manage complex disputes, grievance, and workplace investigations
Prepare correspondence, submissions and briefs as required
Representing clients at the Fair Work Commission, at relevant conciliations or with union representations as required
Participate in negotiation and bargaining processes where required
Development and facilitation of relevant training and workshops
Engaging with clients on legal issues
To be considered for this opportunity, it is imperative that you hold at least 5 years of Australian legal practice experience working within Employment law.
