Job Objective:
We're seeking a dynamic and visionary Strategy Manager to lead the formulation and implementation of strategic plans across all functional units. The successful candidate will work closely with Managing Directors to ensure alignment with global and local company strategy and develop communication and execution plans to drive change, synergies, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicating and implementing the company strategy internally and externally to align with overall business objectives
Establishing a centralized program office to drive strategy development and implementation
Leading the formal strategic planning process, including long-term trends and competitive intelligence
Developing the business strategic plan, including a detailed operating plan to support objectives
Collaborating with Leadership Team members to steer strategic initiatives with Managing Directors
Monitoring strategic actions with appropriate metrics to measure progress towards objectives
Leading regular Leadership synergy discussions with MDs and the Leadership Team
Ensuring broad understanding of strategic goals and priorities across all levels of the business
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support key initiatives
Facilitating key strategic initiatives from inception to outcomes
Ensuring departmental planning projects align with organizational strategic priorities
Developing inclusive planning processes for actionable and quantitative strategy milestones.
The successful candidate should have:
Circa 5 years' strategy experience, preferably in management consulting or financial services
Strong academic background in finance, business, or economics, MBA preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with senior levels of the business
Strong strategic and commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex topics and lead problem-solving from definition to implementation
Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners and having led major initiatives
