As a Value Manager, you will have the pride and satisfaction of seeing your work have a real impact on the business.Right now, we are looking for a Strategy Manager / Value Manager to join our growing ANZ team. Experienced management consultants, investment bankers and strategic advisors, this one's for you.About the Role

• Collaborate with senior executives at prospective customers to identify business challenges and document and align the impact of Workday's technology to strategic objectives of the company.
• Develop and present investment cases, model return on investment, and documenting value realisation.
• Ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams to advise on account strategy, craft early value messaging, and develop experiences that showcase Workday’s differentiation throughout the sales cycle
• Manage internal relationships with Workday's Sales, Service and Customer Success teams
• Build innovative thought leadership and value-selling tools
• Support ANZ and APAC leadership with the development and execution of broader strategic initiatives

About YouBasic Qualifications4+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking or relevant professional servicesStrong analytical skills (Excel modelling and PowerPoint proficiency are a must)Other Qualifications

• ​Ability to work independently and creatively
• Strong consulting skill-set, including excellent discovery, analysis, quantitative modelling, listening, and communication skills
• Deeply curious about business, highly motivated to have an impact on customers, and broadly interested in variety of customers/issues
• Travel to customer sites is typically “day trips.” Travel for our Value Managers averages roughly 10%.
