With over 35 now in the team (most with tenure of between 5 and 10 years), the business embarks on a huge growth trajectory – with several National contracts confirmed, they expand their Brisbane team under dynamic leadership of the National Forensic Manager.
Your New Role
… will see you working as part of a National team, investigating often complex engineering failures – visiting sites, coming up with solutions, reporting and coordinating building approval as part of the construction process. You will also have the opportunity to expand your design skills working with leading architects on high-end / palatial residential projects across the country.
Truly – no 2 days will be the same!
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor Civil Engineering
- 4-5 years post graduation experience engineering for building structures projects
- Strong report writing experience, good interpersonal skills and a practical approach to engineering
- Mentoring and support from ‘best in the business’ team
- Full flexibility – hybrid role, parking + flex hours
- National contracts and architects – locked and secured – guaranteed workload
- Opportunities to travel around Australia (if you want)
- The space to grow into future leadership roles in innovative business
