We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Foreman to join our dynamic team in Wollongong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within company policies and procedures, adhering to health & safety regulations and legislation.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills to ensure project milestones are met.
- Apply a comprehensive understanding of Quality Assurance and complete Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
- Utilize expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with the team and subcontractors.
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Formulate site programs (fortnightly and monthly) in line with the project target program and issue to relevant parties.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of subcontractors and site labour in accordance with the project plan, drawings, and specifications.
- Work in conjunction with the Site Manager on receipt and distribution of all relevant correspondence and administration.
- Maintain overall quality assurance while ensuring building compliance.
- Monitor and maintain the construction program effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of proven track record experience working for a head contractor as a Structures Foreman.
