Talent Focus is partnering with a local P&C to recruit a dedicated and experienced Director/Coordinator for their Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service, ensuring compliance, quality management, program oversight, human resources, and professional engagement.

- General Management and Administration
- Policies: Annual review and update of policies, with quarterly reporting to the P&C OSHC Committee.
- Human Resources: Effective recruitment, orientation, induction, and performance reviews with biannual assessments.
- Quality Improvement Plan: Ongoing assessment and maintenance of the QIP.
- Compliance: Rigorous oversight and monitoring of compliance with legislation.
- General Management: Effective grievance management, positive stakeholder engagement, budget adherence, and efficient enrolment management.
- Program Oversight: Support for the Educational Leader and implementation of the educational framework.
- Professional Engagement: Participation in performance reviews, professional development, and community engagement.
- Experience in managing OSHC services or similar educational programs.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability in policy development and implementation.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial oversight.
