The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Student Experience, the Student Experience Lead is responsible for the implementation and delivery of engagement and retention strategies for students within our Partner Universities. The duties of the role include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with partner Universities across the intervention and academic space
- Setting the Student Operations and coaching strategy for outbound calls
- Aligning communications across channels
- Interpreting and reporting on results
- Reporting and communicating results to stakeholders - Partner Universities, Academic Team
About You
- Minimum 3 to 5 year’s work experience
- An understanding of the Student Experience and what contributes towards student engagement and a positive Student Experience
- Excellent stakeholder and interpersonal relationship skills to build alignment and work collaboratively across different teams within OES
- Ability to digest information from multiple sources to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
- Analytical skills to interpret data, trends and results from campaign dashboards
- A finisher – attention to detail to ensure initiatives are fully integrated and become BAU
